Leave Policy
Restriction for Applying Leave
The following restrictions are enforced that can prevent you from applying a leave
- For applying a leave duration of 1 or 2 days, you need to apply at least 1 calendar day before
- For applying a leave duration of 3 or more days, you need to apply at least 5 calendar days before
- You can apply leave for a past day, but not beyond than 28 calendar days back.
- Paid Leave requires comment while applying leave
- Paid Leave cannot be applied when in notice period
- You can not take more than 3 days of Paid leave at once, more than 3 Paid leaves will be auto consider as Unpaid leaves.
Holidays during leave
- Holiday accompanying leave is treated as leave when total number of leave exceed 1 calendar days and Holiday is right between two leave days (Holiday is sandwiched between leave days).
- Holidays accompanying Half day leave are not considered as leave.
Weekly Offs during leave
- Weekly off day accompanying leave is treated as leave when total number of leave exceed 1 calendar days and Weekly off day is right between two leave days (Weekly off day is sandwiched between leave days).
- Weekly off days accompanying Half day leave are not considered as leave.
Partial Break or leave
- For 1 or 2 hours of partial break or leave will be considered as Unpaid leave
- If you want more than 2 hours of leave, you need to apply for the half day leave
